Each support request is logged in a support handling tool with a unique ID and is allocated to a specific person who is responsible for the answer to the user. This allows us to obtain an overview of pending requests and who is working on it and ensures that all support requests get a proper response.
When you have entered the support website, you can access it in two ways:
1. If you have earlier sent an email to one of our support email's, you are already registered with your email address, but need to retrieve your password by using Forgot Password?
The complex password which you receive can be changed after log-in.
2. If you are new to support, use Register with us.
