New MEPO release - version 3.3

The release includes several usability enhancements and workflow improvements.

• New interface to MBAL (Petroleum Experts) available

Spreadsheet Support

• Include spreadsheet calculations as part of the work process (write/exe/read)

• Excel and Open Office Calc are supported

MEPO plugin for Petrel

• Extend the uncertainty and AHM workflows right back to the geo model  

• Comprehensive documentation and support material

Analysis

• Improved line plot panel

• Support of 2D plots

Uncertainty Parameter Panel

• New distribution editor

• Help functionality included for all settings

Manual Runs

• Launch and post process manually created simulation cases

• Used for rapid testing without having to configure a full MEPO run

Project consistency checking

• Easily identify if the project is properly set up and ready to launch

Neural Net Support

• Neural Net included as an alternative to polynomial response surface modeling

Simulation Control Centre

• Method selection, simulation and result management now easily controlled from
              one single panel

Objective function tuning

• Easy inspection and tuning of global objective function using a reference
              (base case) simulation model

Evolution Strategy

• Easier set-up. Choose between coarse and fine tuning

• New feature allowing more efficient identification of alternative match realisations

New Post Processor

• Significant speed up for medium and large simulation models
